1. How is the terms and conditions?
    Orders received daily before 2.00pm ( Malaysia time) can be delivered within same day. Otherwise, the     orders will be delivered on the next day of the orders received, or on the first day of the following week. (if     the orders made on late Saturday/Sunday or public holiday).
    If you require urgent delivery or special arrangement, please do not hesitate to contact us.
    For special festival/occasion, please make your order 2 days in advance.

2. How is Coverage and Shipping Charges?

        Free delivery if purchase RM120 & above or transport charges RM20.00.

    2. Simpang Empat, Bukit Mertajam, Butterworth
        Free delivery if purchase RM150 & above or transport charges RM25.00.

    3. Teluk Air Tawar, Kepala Batas, Sg. Bakap
        Free delivery if purchase RM180 & above or transport charges RM30.00.

    4. Penang island, Nibong Tebal & Parit Buntar (except B. Ferringhi & Balik Pulau)
        Free delivery if purchase RM180 & above or transport charges RM40.00.

3. How do I make order ?
    We offered 4 methods for your orders.

    2. Fill in the order form in Order page and click ‘Send’.
    3. Order by Email
        Click the Email, write down the product code (example HBCO1) and send to us.
    4. Order via Fax (Write down the product code and fax to us @ 604 508 3343)

5. How do I know that my orders has been received ?
     All orders will be notified by a confirmation message from us. Your order will be process within 12 working hours. If you do not hear from us after 12 hours upon receiving our confirmation message, please contact us at +604-508 3343 / +6012-482 4343/ +6012-480 4343, or E-mail us. We advise you to call us if your orders are urgent, thank you.
